WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?
As part of its innovation program, Crédit Agricole CIB decided to launch the implementation of RPA – Robotic Process Automation – to automate its business processes. This enables them to allocate their resources to higher value-added tasks, while reducing operational risk and dependence on the heavy and costly developments involved in the bank’s information systems. The external solution requested by the customer is UiPath.
