WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

Identify processes that can be automated: find the balance between technical feasibility, development cost and operational risk. While changing the mindset of current employees with regard to these new technologies.

 

WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?

As part of its Innovation program, Credit Agricole CIB has decided to launch the implementation of RPA – Robotic Process Automation – in order to automate its business processes for a more efficient allocation of resources to higher-value tasks, while reducing operational risk and dependence on the heavy and costly developments implied by the bank’s information systems. The external solution requested.

 

METHODOLOGY

Collaboration with the internal teams of CACIB HK :
╋ Functional phase: project management, identification of target processes, their re-engineering and change management with all business managers.
╋ Technical phase: technical feasibility study, development, deployment and maintenance of the robots

 

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY?

Intervention as an RPP integrator
╋  Taking charge of the project and development part.
╋  Relationship with UiPath provider and license management remain in the customer’s hands.
